Abstrak

Filogenetik tahlil va evolyutsion aloqalarni aniqlashda "Mega dasturi"dan samarali foydalanilgan. Tadqiqotda biologik ob’ektlarning genetik o‘xshashlik va farqlilik darajasini aniqlash maqsadida molekulyar markerlar (masalan, DNK ketma-ketliklari) asosida filogenetik shajara daraxtlari qurildi.
