Ushbu tezisda biotexnologiya yordamida o‘simliklarda hosildorlikni oshirish va stressga chidamlilikni kuchaytirish metodlari o‘rganilgan. Genetik modifikatsiya, transgen texnologiyalar va molekulyar markerlar yordamida qish, issiq, qurg‘oqchilik kabi stress omillariga chidamli o‘simlik navlarini yaratish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Shu bilan birga, biotexnologik usullar orqali ekinlarning sifat va samaradorligini oshirish istiqbollari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.
