Abstrak
Hozirgi vaqtda sanoatning turli sohalarida polisaxaridlarga bo'lgan talab ortib borayotganligi sababli
milliy iqtisodiyotda ekzopolisakkarid (EPS) ishlab chiqaruvchi mikroorganizmlarni kashf qilish, o'rganish va ulardan foydalanish zarurati tug'iladi. Mamlakatimizda mahalliy xomashyo asosida sifatli, ekologik toza, import o‘rnini bosuvchi biopolimer mahsulotlar olishga alohida e’tibor qaratilmoqda.
materiallar va ularni sanoat miqyosida ishlab chiqarish. Ushbu maqsadga erishish uchun quyidagi vazifalarni bajarish kerak
bajarilishi kerak: EPS ishlab chiqaruvchi bakteriyalarni ajratib olish va ularning EPS ishlab chiqarish potentsialini baholash,
bakterial shtammlar tomonidan ishlab chiqarilgan EPSni ajratib olish va tavsiflash, etishtirish sharoitlarini optimallashtirish
EPS hosildorligini oshirish va bakteriyaga asoslangan EPS ishlab chiqarish uchun biotexnologiyani ishlab chiqish
shtammlar. Olingan natijalar oziq-ovqat sanoati texnologiyalarini takomillashtirishda qo'llanilishi mumkin.
