OZUQA OQSILI OLISHDA HYPHOMICROBIUM FACILE BAKTERIYASINING AHAMIYATI VA AFZALLIGI
Abstrak
Butun dunyoda ozuqa oqsiliga bo‘lgan ehtiyoj ortib bormoqda. Asosan
o‘simliklar qoldiqlaridan iborat bo‘lgan qishloq xo‘jaligi hayvonlarining ozuqasi tarkibida oqsil
va almashinmaydigan aminokislotalarning kamligi sababli, oqsilli ozuqa qo‘shimchalarini
tayyorlash va tatbiq qilish biotexnologiyaning eng muhim vazifalaridan biri hisoblanadi. Quyida
hujayrasida 60-70% gacha oqsil to‘plash va arzon substratda o‘sish qobiliyatiga ega bo‘lgan, eng
samarali produsentning xususiyatlari haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan.
