SANOAT QUSHLARIDAN AJRATIB OLINGAN ENTEROCOCCUS SPP BAKTERIYALARINING ANTIBIOTIKGA CHIDAMLILIGI.

Ushbu maqolada sanoat parrandachiligidan ajratib olingan Enterococcus
spp. bakteriyalarining turli antibiotiklarga nisbatan chidamlilik darajasi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot
davomida 60 ta namunadan 38 ta Enterococcus spp. shtammlari ajratib olindi va ularning
antibiotiklarga sezuvchanligi disk diffuziya (Kirbi-Bauer) usuli bilan baholandi. Natijalar shuni
ko‘rsatdiki, ajratilgan shtammlar eritromitsin, tetratsiklin va gentamitsin kabi antibiotiklarga
yuqori darajada chidamli. Ushbu holat enterokokklarning parrandachilikda keng tarqalganligini va
ular inson salomatligiga ham tahdid solishi mumkinligini tasdiqlaydi. Tadqiqotda antibiotiklardan
mas’uliyat bilan foydalanish va mikroorganizmlarning sezuvchanligini doimiy monitoring qilish
zarurligi ta’kidlangan [1].
