Tibbiyot texnikasi ishlab chiqarish sanoatining jadal rivojlanishi va global
bozordagi raqobatning kuchayishi sharoitida ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish dolzarb
masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada tibbiyot texnikasi ishlab chiqarishda "lean
manufacturing" tamoyillarini qo‘llash orqali ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish masalalari
kompleks tarzda o‘rganilgan. Maqolada "lean manufacturing" tamoyillarining nazariy asoslari,
ularni tibbiyot texnikasi ishlab chiqarishda qo‘llash mexanizmlari, isroflarni kamaytirish va sifatni
oshirish usullari, shuningdek, ushbu tamoyillarni joriy etish natijasida erishilgan amaliy natijalar
batafsil yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida tibbiyot texnikasi ishlab chiqaruvchi korxonalarda "lean
manufacturing" tamoyillarini joriy etishning kompleks yondashuvi ishlab chiqilgan va tegishli
tavsiyalar berilgan.
