INCREASING EFFICIENCY THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF "LEAN MANUFACTURING" PRINCIPLES IN MEDICAL EQUIPMENT PRODUCTION

In the context of the rapid development of the medical equipment manufacturing industry and increased competition in the global market, increasing production efficiency is one of the urgent issues. This article comprehensively studies the issues of increasing production efficiency by applying the principles of "lean manufacturing" in the production of medical equipment. The article covers in detail the theoretical foundations of the principles of "lean manufacturing", the mechanisms of their application in the production of medical equipment, methods of reducing waste and improving quality, as well as the practical results achieved as a result of the implementation of these principles. As a result of the study, a comprehensive approach to the implementation of the principles of "lean manufacturing" in medical equipment manufacturing enterprises was developed and relevant recommendations were given.
