Abstrak

Hirudo Linnaeus, 1758 avlodiga mansub zuluklardan uzoq yillardan buyon
tabobatda qo‘llanib kelinmoqda, so‘nggi yillarda ushbu yo‘nalish tibbiyotning alohida yo‘nlishi –
girudoterapiya nom bilan atalmoqda. Ushbu maqolada zuluklarning biologik va farmakologik
xususiyatlari hamda klinik qo‘llanilish sohalari tahlil qilingan. Klinik amaliyotda zuluk terapiyasi
mikroxirurgiyada venalarda qonning to‘planib qolishini bartaraf etishda yordamchi usulga
aylangan. Shuningdek, surunkali og‘riqlar va hatto diabetik yara hamda o‘sma kasalliklarida
davoni yengillashtirish uchun integrativ yondashuv sifatida qo‘llanilmoqda. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar
zuluklar asosida yangi dori vositalari yaratish, ularning klinik samaradorligini oshirish va xavfsiz
qo‘llash protokollarini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatmoqdaki,
shifobaxsh zuluklar an’anaviy tabobat merosi bo‘lib, zamonaviy tibbiyotda ham qimmatli
terapevtik vosita sifatida xizmat qilmoqda.
