Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada CRISPR-Cas9 texnologiyasining saraton kasalligini davolashdagi
imkoniyatlari,uning qanday ishlash mexanizmlari keltirilgan. Maqola, CRISPR-Cas9 tizimining
genomni aniq tahrirlash imkoniyatlarini, uning saraton kasalligi uchun terapiya sifatida qanday
ishlatilishi mumkinligini yoritib beradi. Texnologiyaning genetik manipulyatsiya, gen
terapiyasi,immunoterapiya sohalarida qo‘llanilishi, shuningdek, saraton hujayralarini aniqlash va
yo‘q qilishdagi yutuqlari muhokama qilinadi.
