TREATING CANCER WITH CRISPR/CAS9 TECHNOLOGY

This article presents the potential of CRISPR-Cas9 technology in the treatment of cancer, its mechanisms of action. The article highlights the possibilities of the CRISPR-Cas9 system for precise genome editing, how it can be used as a therapy for cancer. The application of the technology in the fields of genetic manipulation, gene therapy, immunotherapy, as well as its achievements in the detection and destruction of cancer cells are discussed.
