Abstrak

Antotsian pigmentlari o‘simliklardagi biologik jarayonlarning turli bosqichlarida muhim vazifalarni bajaradi. Ular yorug‘likni so‘rish, fotohimoya, antioksidantlik, harorat va stressga chidamlilik, changlanishni ta'minlash, urug‘ tarqalishiga yordam berish kabi bir necha funksional rolga ega. Ushbu maqolada antotsianlarning sintezi, ularning fiziologik va ekologik ahamiyati, o‘simlik hujayralarida bajaradigan rollari chuqur yoritilgan
