RasMol uch o'lchovli molekulyar tuzilmalarni ko'rish uchun kuchli, ammo ishlatish uchun qulay dasturdir. U biokimyo, molekulyar biologiya va kimyoda oqsillar, nuklein kislotalar va boshqa makromolekulalarning fazoviy modellarini tahlil qilish va ifodalash uchun keng qo'llaniladi.
