RASMOL PROGRAM: FEATURES, CAPABILITIES AND APPLICATION
Keywords:
RasMol, molecular imaging, biomolecules, proteins, PDB, structural biology.Abstract
RasMol is a powerful yet easy-to-use program for visualizing three-dimensional molecular structures. It is widely used in biochemistry, molecular biology, and chemistry to analyze and represent spatial models of proteins, nucleic acids, and other macromolecules. RasMol's development began in the 1990s, and since then it has become an important tool in both research and education.
