KATALAZA VA PEROKSIDAZA FERMENTLARI VA ULARNING XUSUSIYATLARI

Ushbu tezisda oksidlovchi stressga qarshi hujayraviy himoyaning muhim komponentlari hisoblangan katalaza va peroksidaza fermentlarining tuzilishi, fermentativ faolligi hamda fiziologik ahamiyati o‘rganildi. Katalaza fermenti asosiy antioksidant himoya mexanizmlaridan biri bo‘lib, vodorod peroksidni tezlik bilan kislorod va suvga parchalash xususiyatiga ega. Peroksidazalar esa keng substrat spetsifikligiga ega bo‘lib, fenolik birikmalarni oksidlaydi va himoya reaksiyalarida ishtirok etadi. Fermentlarning molekulyar tuzilishi, kofaktorlar (masalan, gem), pH va haroratga sezuvchanlik, shuningdek turli organizmlardagi farqlari ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilindi.
