QANDLI DIABETNING BIOKIMYOVIY KO‘RSATKICHLARI VA TANA TARKIBI O‘RTASIDAGI BOG‘LIQLIK: ZAMONAVIY ILMIY YONDASHUVLAR TAHLILI

Mazkur maqolada 2-tip qandli diabet bilan og‘rigan bemorlarning tana tarkibi (yog‘ massasi, ozg‘in massa, TMI) bilan klinik-biokimyoviy qon ko‘rsatkichlari (glyukoza, HbA1c, insulin, lipid profili) o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik yoritilgan. Jahon miqyosida olib borilgan ilmiy tadqiqotlar tahlili asosida ushbu korrelyatsiyaning ahamiyati aniqlanadi. Tana yog‘i va visseral semizlik darajasi oshgani sari metabolik buzilishlar, insulin qarshiligi va glyukoza tolerantligi yomonlashishi aniqlangan. Tadqiqotlar qandli diabetni individual yondashuv asosida boshqarish uchun tana tarkibini monitoring qilish zarurligini ta’kidlaydi.
