Ultratovush diagnostikasi (AQSh) akusherlik amaliyotining standartidir, ammo uning biofizik ta'siri, shu jumladan termal va mexanik ta'sirlar xomilalik to'qimalar, shu jumladan qizil suyak iligi xavfsizligi haqida savollar tug'diradi. Ushbu sharh ultratovushning jismoniy va biologik asoslari, homila gematopoezining xususiyatlari va klinik xavfsizligi to'g'risidagi ma'lumotlarni tizimlashtiradi. Eksperimental tadqiqotlar ultratovushning yuqori intensivlik parametrlarida gematopoetik ildiz hujayralariga potentsial subcellular ta'sirini ko'rsatadi.
