Abstrak

Mazkur tadqiqotda Fusarium solani va Alternaria alternata fitopatogen zamburug‘lari ta’sirida soya (Glycine max L.) ning turli mahalliy navlarida fiziologik (xlorofill “a” va “b”) va biokimyoviy (peroksidaza, fenilalanin ammiak-liaza, absiz va salitsil kislotasi) o‘zgarishlar o‘rganildi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, To‘maris va Nafis navlari eng yuqori himoya fermentlari faolligi va kam pigment yo‘qotishi bilan ajralib turdi. Ular Fusarium solani ga chidamli navlar sifatida tavsiya etildi.
