Abstrak

Ушбу мақола техник университетларнинг педагогик йўналиши муаммоларини ўрганади. Педагогик йўналиш - бу ўқитувчилик касбига мотивация ва шахснинг ўқитувчилик фаолияти билан шуғулланишга бўлган барқарор истаги, бунда асосий нарса ўқувчи шахсини ривожлантиришга самарали йўналтирилганликдир. Ўқитувчи шахсининг қадрият йўналишлари тизимида унинг касбий педагогик йўналиши муҳим рол ўйнайди. Бу эътибор педагогик фаолиятга бўлган эҳтиёжга асосланади. Тадқиқот натижасида ўқитувчиларда педагогик йўналишни ривожлантириш жараёнининг натижадорлиги, самарадорлиги бир қатор педагогик шартларга боғлиқликлиги аниқланади.
