Abstrak

     Mazkur maqolada baydarka va kanoeda eshkak eshish sportiga yosh sportchilarni tanlab olish jarayonining ilmiy-metodik asoslari yoritib berilgan. Tadqiqotda sport seleksiyasining nazariy jihatlari, yosh sportchilar organizmining morfofunksional xususiyatlari, jismoniy va funksional tayyorgarlik ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilingan. Baydarka va kanoe sporti uchun muhim bo‘lgan antropometrik o‘lchamlar, kuch, chidamlilik, tezkorlik va koordinatsion sifatlarning ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, yosh sportchilarni tanlab olishda biologik yosh, sportga moslashuv darajasi hamda individual rivojlanish xususiyatlarini hisobga olish zarurligi ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari baydarka va kanoeda eshkak eshish sportiga iqtidorli yosh sportchilarni aniqlash, tanlash va tayyorlash jarayonini takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi hamda murabbiylar va sport mutaxassislari uchun metodik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga imkon yaratadi.
