Ushbu tadqiqotda Berberis vulgaris, Zingiber officinale, Cinnamomum verum, Piper nigrum va Cuminum cyminum ekstraktlarining in vitro sharoitida antibakterial, antifungal va yallig'lanishga qarshi faolligi baholandi. Staphylococcus aureus va Candida albicansning sof laboratoriya shtammlari ishlatilgan. Ekstraksiya erituvchisi sifatida etil asetat xizmat qilgan va ozuqaviy muhit har bir shtamm uchun optimallashtirilgan: S. aureus uchun Mueller-Hinton agari va C. albicans uchun Sabouraud dekstroza agari. Antimikrob faolligi agar qudug'i diffuziyasi usuli yordamida baholandi va yallig'lanishga qarshi faollik inson qon leykotsitlari tahlillari asosida baholandi.
