Annotasiya

Ushbu tadqiqot, inklyuziv ta’lim muhitida faoliyat yuritayotgan o‘qituvchilarning professional rivojlanish darajasini va bu jarayonda ular duch keladigan asosiy qiyinchiliklar hamda imkoniyatlarni baholashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot metodologiyasi sifatida kesishgan bo‘lim (cross-sectional) usuli qo‘llanilib, turli hududlardagi inklyuziv ta’lim muassasalarida faoliyat yuritayotgan 120 nafar o‘qituvchi ishtirok etgan. Ma’lumot yig‘ishda so‘rovnoma va  suhbatlar kabi usullardan foydalanilgan bo‘lib, yig‘ilgan ma’lumotlar kvantitativ va kvalitativ tahlil usullari yordamida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari o‘qituvchilarning inklyuziv ta’limdagi muvaffaqiyatli faoliyati uchun zarur bo‘lgan asosiy omillarni ko‘rsatib berdi, xususan, ularning muntazam ravishda qatnashadigan treninglar va seminarlar kasbiy mahoratlarini oshirishda muhim ekanligini ta’kidlaydi. Shuningdek, o‘qituvchilarning motivatsiya darajasi va ta’lim muassasalari tarafidan taqdim etiladigan qo‘llab-quvvatlashning ahamiyati muhokama qilingan. Bu tadqiqot, inklyuziv ta’lim muhitida o‘qituvchilarning professional rivojlanishini qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha  qo‘yuvchilar va ta’lim muassasalari uchun foydali ma’lumotlar beradi.
