Yangi institutsional nazariyaga asoslanhan xolda, ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiya davridagi liderlik va tezkor tashkilotchiligga asoslangan modelni moderator sifatida raqamli strategiyadan foydalangan holda ko'rib chiqamiz. Tadqiqotimiz shuni ko'rsatdiki, etakchilik va tashkiliy tashabuslilik, tashkilotning raqamli transformatsiyaga ijobiy ta'sir ko'rsatadi.
