LEADERSHIP QUALITIES IN THE FIELD OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract

Drawing on new institutional theory, in this article we examine a model based on digital transformation leadership and organizational agility in the era of digital transformation, using digital strategy as a moderator. Our research has shown that leadership and organizational agility have a positive impact on digital transformation. Our research findings address critical questions about how leadership style and organizational agility can accelerate an organization's digital transformation.
