Abstract

The article reveals the features of pedagogical terminology. The specificity and interrelation of the concept and term, their functions in the process of cognition of reality and the features of the formation of the vocabulary of the language of science are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the methods of assessing the development and structure of pedagogical terminology. The article analyzes pedagogical terms related to teaching and education in German.
