Abstract

As a result of the improvement of the quality of education, the spiritual image and goals of the leaders of pre-school education organizations are becoming different today. Leaders of each preschool educational organization are trying to find ways to organize their activities in a unique direction. At the same time, the leaders of pre-school education organizations and the future leaders of pre-school education organizations, who are entering this activity, continue to constantly seek to improve their professional abilities. This article highlights the moral quality competencies of the heads of preschool educational organizations.
