Abstract

Phonemes interact only with their phonologically significant features. Therefore, any phoneme will necessarily be a member of a certain conflict. And any real pronounced sound will also have non-phonologically important features. Therefore, in order to determine the invariant-variant relationship in consonants, it is of great importance to distinguish their phonologically significant and insignificant signs.
