Abstract

Studying the issues of regularity of syllable formation in the English language, identifying stress levels (main stress, pre-stress, post-stress, unstressed with full implementation of the vowel and unstressed with a shortened vowel); theory of joint mass determined by the number of moras; the relationship between words and mora; analysis of the phonological system of the Uzbek language; It is noted that the asymmetry of positional and logical principles hindered the development of the graphic structure of the Uzbek language.
