METHODS OF INCREASING THE PHYSICAL FITNESS LEVEL OF TRAINING GROUP FOOTBALL PLAYERS

This article analyzes effective methods for increasing the level of physical fitness of football players in the training group. Football is a sport that requires a high level of technical, tactical, psychological and, especially, physical training, and the role of physical condition in achieving high results in the competitive activities of athletes is incomparable. Therefore, organizing training processes on the basis of a scientifically based, step-by-step and individual approach increases the overall potential of football players. The study studied modern physical training methods, load control, recovery processes and approaches based on the analysis of athletes' motor activity. A system of exercises aimed at developing strength, endurance, speed, coordination and flexibility during training was tested. The results of the study showed that the individualized use of complex physical training programs has a positive effect on the functional state of athletes and serves to increase their sports results. The methodological approaches put forward in the article can be applied to the practical training system.
