PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS IN THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE EDUCATION CLUSTER

This article discusses the problems and solutions related to the education of children with special needs in the context of an educational cluster. The author focuses on the lack of an individual approach, the shortage of qualified personnel, the lack of adapted curricula, the inadequacy of physical infrastructure, and the problems of social integration. To overcome these problems, solutions are proposed, such as the introduction of special pedagogical approaches, training and advanced training of personnel, the development of special curricula, improving infrastructure, and informing society and parents. The importance of integrating modern information and communication technologies into the educational process is also emphasized. In general, it contains important recommendations for improving the quality of education for children with special needs and developing inclusive education.
