Abstract

One of the conditions for high-quality education, upbringing, development and rehabilitation of people with hearing impairments is the correct understanding of the characteristics of the state of hearing function of each specialist and their consideration in the system of all types of psychological and mental illnesses. According to the state of hearing, hearing impaired (hard of hearing) and deaf people are distinguished. Hearing loss is a permanent loss of hearing.
