This article examines the role of the master-student tradition in the performance of Uzbek folk instruments, their contribution to the formation of art schools, as well as the significance of this traditional system in the process of today's music education.
Using the example of traditional instrumental art, the pedagogical, cultural and aesthetic aspects of master-student schools in improving performance skills are analyzed.
