Abstract

This article aims to study the thermodynamic parameters of the organism, analyze their significance in physiological and pathological conditions. Each cell of the organism carries out its activity by controlling complex thermodynamic processes such as energy metabolism, heat generation and dissipation. When the balance of these processes is disturbed, various diseases and pathological conditions can develop. Thermodynamic parameters, including temperature, entropy, enthalpy and the law of conservation of energy, are of great importance in analyzing the physiological and biochemical processes of the organism. Violation of their normal balance leads to a violation of homeostasis, which leads to the development of diseases. For example, conditions such as hyperthermia and hypothermia are extremely dangerous for the organism, which are based on thermodynamic instability. This article discusses in detail the formation and exchange of heat, the conservation of energy in biological systems, as well as diseases arising from the disruption of these processes and their prevention.
