Abstract

Educational managers are individuals who play an important role for the successful development of the organization, they are responsible for increasing the success of students in the educational process, motivating teachers and improving the overall efficiency of the educational institution. To successfully perform such tasks, it is necessary to form the leadership qualities of educational managers. Leadership qualities require the manager not only to manage the team, but also to ensure its effective operation. A number of factors play an important role in the formation of leadership skills.
