STUDY OF VITAMINS IN LICORICE ROOT EXTRACT

In order to study the chemical composition of the extract of a mixture of medicinal plants of the genus Rosa and licorice (Glycyrrhiza), which are endemic in the climate of Uzbekistan, the content of water-soluble vitamins was studied using high-performance liquid chromatography.
According to the results of the study, the extract contained a large amount of vitamins B1 and B3, but did not contain vitamin B12.
