INNOVATIVE BIOTECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY: PRODUCTION OF SUSTAINABLE AND ECOLOGICALLY CLEAN PRODUCTS
Abstract
This scientific work analyzes the role of innovative solutions of biotechnology in the food industry, mainly through enzyme engineering and genetically modified organisms (GMOs), in improving the quality of products and ensuring sustainable production. With the help of enzyme engineering, food production processes are carried out in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner. Also, the issues of efficient use of resources and ensuring food safety using new technologies are considered. Such innovations serve to ensure the future of the food industry and its social, economic and environmental sustainability. Aspects such as the efficiency, conditions and chemical analysis of the fermentation process, as well as analytical methods such as sensory evaluation, and the use of GMOs are separately studied.
