DETERMINATION OF PHENOLIC COMPOUNDS IN POTATO (SOLANUM TUBEROSUM L.) LEAVES BY THE YUSSX METHOD

In this study, the results of the determination of the content of phenolic compounds (flavonoids) in the alcoholic extract of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) leaves using the high-performance liquid chromatography method were analyzed. The alcoholic extract of potato leaves was found to contain a large amount of kaempferol, along with flavonoids such as salicylic acid, quercetin, and apigenin.
