Abstract

Virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are offering innovative approaches to developing practical skills in dental education. This study examines how VR and AI are enhancing practical training for dental students, particularly in simulating clinical environments, optimizing learning, and assessing skills. It also examines challenges in implementing these technologies, including infrastructure constraints, pedagogical adaptation, and clinical realism of simulations. The article evaluates the future potential of this technological integration in dental education.
