Abstract

This thesis explores the biological significance of Lactobacillus plantarum for human health. As a probiotic, it plays a crucial role in maintaining gut microbiota balance, enhancing immunity, providing antioxidant protection, and reducing inflammatory processes. Its practical applications in the food industry and pharmacenticals are also analyzed.
