Abstract

This study examines the effects of dried fruit juices on human health. The rich vitamin and mineral content of juices made from apples, apricots, cherries, blackcurrants, and raisins helps boost immunity, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and improve digestion. The results of the study show that regular consumption of these products has a positive effect on health.
