This article provides an in-depth analysis of the issues of integration of science, education and production. The authors, having studied advanced foreign experiences, considered the current ways of developing this integration in Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the scientific and theoretical foundations of integration, its models, and the experience accumulated in this area in the world. It also assesses the role and place of scientific and educational institutions, business in the modernization of the economy of Uzbekistan, the creation and development of a national innovation system. It touches upon the tasks of improving the mechanisms for introducing scientific achievements into production.
