Abstract

This article covers the theoretical foundations of the use of modern information and communication technologies in the process of teaching the subject "Optics" in higher education institutions. It also studies the impact of digital pedagogical tools on the quality of education and the effectiveness of student learning. It proposes ways to explain complex optical concepts through interactive methods, multimedia resources, virtual laboratories and simulation models based on new technologies.
