PSYCHOLOGICAL BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF YOUTH.

This article states that in our country more favorable conditions have been created for young people to obtain a quality education in order to improve their professional skills. Today, from a scientific point of view, issues of supporting the scientific potential and skills of our youth, in a word, the systematic formation of their professional activities, are covered. This implies the need to reform practical work on the formation of a professional career for young people and their development in the process of professional activity, as well as ensuring their advancement up the career ladder.
