Mazkur maqolada mamlakatimizda yoshlarning kasb mahoratini oshirishi uchun sifatli ta’lim olishi uchun yanada qulay shart-sharoit yaratilgani qayd etilgan. Bugungi kunda yoshlarimizning ilmiy salohiyati va malakasini qo‘llab-quvvatlash, bir so‘z bilan aytganda, ularning kasbiy faoliyatini tizimli shakllantirish masalalari ilmiy nuqtai nazardan yoritilmoqda. Bu yoshlarning kasbiy kasbini shakllantirish va ularni kasbiy faoliyat jarayonida rivojlantirish, shuningdek, martaba pog‘onasida ko‘tarilishini ta’minlash bo‘yicha amaliy ishlarni isloh qilish zarurligini bildiradi.
