This article analyzes the practical situation of personnel management in preschool educational organizations (PDOs) in Uzbekistan. The article highlights the achievements and problems in the implementation of personnel training, advanced training, material incentives, and modern management methods in PDOs. It also makes proposals for improving the system through the use of public-private partnerships, monitoring systems, and innovative technologies. The article considers measures aimed at improving the quality of education and solving urgent problems such as staff shortages
