Abstract

This article analyzes pedagogical approaches aimed at developing agility skills in 7-10-year-old students in the primary education system of Uzbekistan. The study examines the effectiveness of game exercises, interdisciplinary integrated programs, and modern educational technologies. A 12-week experiment was conducted with the participation of 100 students in secondary schools in Tashkent. The results showed that game and interactive methods significantly improve agility, coordination, and reaction time compared to traditional physical education classes. The article provides practical recommendations for educators and emphasizes the need to improve infrastructure and personnel training for the widespread introduction of these approaches in the education system of Uzbekistan
