ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION ACTIVITIES OF FUTURE LEADERSHIP EMPLOYEES

This article discusses the modern technologies and direct remote management skills used by modern managers in organizing and managing innovative activities. In this regard, it is argued that pedagogical skills are the main criterion for the effectiveness of educational management. The specific features of innovative activities, the purpose, tasks, content of innovative activities, and the principles of their organization are discussed.
