Abstract

This article comprehensively analyzes the impact of reforms in the field of education on the spiritual image of a modern teacher. The scientific work reveals the concept of "spiritual image of a teacher", its structural features and the mechanism of formation. The spiritual and moral requirements for teacher activity are systematized on the basis of new laws, state programs and educational strategies.
