Abstract

This article analyzes the role of incentive and punishment methods in the educational process, their impact on students, and their effectiveness from a psychological and pedagogical point of view. While incentive methods form positive motivation in a person, punishment is considered a means of ensuring discipline. The article also emphasizes the need for a balanced application of these methods based on modern approaches and pedagogical strategies.
