Abstract

This article discusses myocardial infarction, one of the most serious and common diseases of the cardiovascular system, its etiology, pathogenesis, and the chemical composition and pharmacological mechanisms of action of synthetic drugs used in its treatment. The study analyzes the role of such major risk factors as atherosclerosis, coronary thrombosis, arterial hypertension, diabetes, bad habits, and stress. Also, the biologically active components of herbal remedies such as ginkgo biloba, garlic, and naamatak, their antioxidant and cardioprotective properties are evaluated prophylactically. The chemical formulas, mechanisms of action, and clinical use of nitroglycerin, aspirin, metoprolol, and heparin are scientifically described. It is concluded that the rational and harmonious use of natural and synthetic drugs in myocardial infarction helps to reduce the complications of reperfusion, thrombosis, and ischemia, stabilize cardiac function, and improve the quality of life of patients. The results of the article provide recommendations aimed at optimizing drug selection and treatment strategies in practical cardiology, increasing safety, and ensuring the effectiveness of long-term rehabilitation. Scientific conclusions provide a methodological basis for students and professionals and support clinical decisions.
