Abstract

In this article, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used to determine the content of chemical elements in apple peel. During the study, the stages of apple peel sample preparation, mineralization, and analytical measurement were described in detail. Nitric acid (HNO₃) and hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) were used for sample digestion.
